Educational Qualification:
- General Manager (Technical) – Full Time/Part Time/Correspondence Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics discipline with First class or minimum 60% marks or equivalent, from a recognized University or Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE. Candidate should have minimum 23 years & 20 years post qualification experience for the post of General Manager & Additional General Managers respectively.
- Additional General Manager (Technical) – Full Time/Part Time/Correspondence Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics discipline with First class or minimum 60% marks or equivalent, from a recognized University or Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE. Candidate should have minimum 23 years & 20 years post qualification experience for the post of General Manager & Additional General Managers respectively.
- Deputy General Manager (Finance) – Cost & Works Accounts (CWA) from the Institute of Cost & Works Accounts of India, Kolkata. Candidate should have experience in finalisation of Accounts; knowledge related to Companies Act 2013, Receivable management; exposure in area of Central Excise & Service Tax, VAT and Corporate Tax.
- Chief Manager (Technical) – Full Time/Part Time/Correspondence degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronic with minimum First Class or 60% Marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE.
- Manager (Technical) – Full Time/Part Time/Correspondence degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronic with minimum First Class or 60% Marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE.
- Deputy Manager (Technical) – Full Time/Part Time/Correspondence degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronic with minimum First Class or 60% Marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE.
