Educational Qualification:  

• General Manager (Technical) – Full Time/Part Time/Correspondence Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics discipline with First class or minimum 60% marks or equivalent, from a recognized University or Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE. Candidate should have minimum 23 years & 20 years post qualification experience for the post of General Manager & Additional General Managers respectively.
• Additional General Manager (Technical) – Full Time/Part Time/Correspondence Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics discipline with First class or minimum 60% marks or equivalent, from a recognized University or Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE. Candidate should have minimum 23 years & 20 years post qualification experience for the post of General Manager & Additional General Managers respectively.
• Deputy General Manager (Finance) – Cost & Works Accounts (CWA) from the Institute of Cost & Works Accounts of India, Kolkata. Candidate should have experience in finalisation of Accounts; knowledge related to Companies Act 2013, Receivable management; exposure in area of Central Excise & Service Tax, VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Chief Manager (Technical) – Full Time/Part Time/Correspondence degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronic with minimum First Class or 60% Marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE.
• Manager (Technical) – Full Time/Part Time/Correspondence degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronic with minimum First Class or 60% Marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE.
• Deputy Manager (Technical) – Full Time/Part Time/Correspondence degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronic with minimum First Class or 60% Marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE.
• Assistant Manager (Technical) – Full Time/Part Time/Correspondence degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronic with minimum First Class or 60% Marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE.
• Senior Engineer (Technical/ Finance/ HR/ Fire/ Company Secretary/ Rajbhasha/ Medical) – Cost & Works Accounts (CWA) from the Institute of Cost & Works Accounts of India, Kolkata. OR Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants India, New Delhi.
• Executive Trainee (Technical) – Full Time/ Part Time / Correspondence degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Naval Architecture or degree in Engineering with Postgraduate Diploma in Naval Construction with First class or minimum 60% marks in both Degree and Post Graduation level or equivalent from a recognized University or Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE.

• Manager (Technical) – Rs. 70000-200000
