Educational Qualification:  

• Junior Medical Officer – MBBS degree from a recognized university
• Health Assistant – High School or equivalent with five years’ work experience in health field from a Government Institution or recognized Institute.
• Technician/Field Assistant – High School or equivalent with five years’ work experience in health field from a Government Institution or recognized Institute.
• Lab Technician – 12th pass in science subjects.
• X-ray Technician – 12th pass in science subjects.

Age Limit:

• Junior Medical Officer – Not exceeding 35 years
• Health Assistant – Not exceeding 28 years
• Technician/Field Assistant – Not exceeding 28 years
• Lab Technician – Not exceeding 30 years
• X-ray Technician – Not exceeding 30 years

Salary Details:

• Junior Medical Officer – Rs. 60,000/ month
• Health Assistant – Rs. 17,000/month
• Technician/Field Assistant – Rs. 17,000/month
• Lab Technician – Rs. 18,000/month
• X-ray Technician – Rs. 18,000/month
