Educational Qualification:
- Foreman (Aeronautical) – Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Technology from any recognized University OR Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (AMIE) in the relevant field i.e. Aeronautical (Only those students who were enrolled with Institutions with permanent recognition up to 31.05.2013 would be eligible.) OR Associate Member of Aeronautical Society of India (AMASI) in the relevant field i.e. Aeronautical.
- Foreman (Chemical) – Degree in Chemical Engineering or Technology from any recognized University plus one year experience in the relevant field i.e. Chemical from a recognized organization OR Master’s Degree in Chemistry from any recognized University OR Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (AMIE) in the relevant field i.e. Chemical plus one year experience in the relevant field i.e. Chemical from a recognized organization
- Foreman Computer (IT) – Degree in Computer Engineering or Technology from any recognized University plus one year experience in the relevant field i.e. Computer (IT) from a recognized organization OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science from any recognized University OR Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (AMIE) in the relevant field i.e. Computer plus one year experience in the relevant field i.e. Computer (IT) from a recognized organization
- Foreman (Electrical) – Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology from any recognized University OR Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (AMIE) in the relevant field i.e. Electrical. One year experience in relevant field i.e. Electrical from a recognized organization

- Deputy Director of Employment – Master’s degree in Economics or Statistics or Mathematics or Commerce or Psychology or Sociology or Social Work or Public Administration or Business Administration from a recognised University or Institute. Five years’ experience
- Assistant Controller of Mines – Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Mining Engineering from a recognized University or Institution. Three years experience.
- Labour Officer – Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Social Work or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations or Personnel Management or in any other allied subject of a recognized University/Institution or equivalent. Three years’ experience.
