- Deputy Manager (Client Relations) – Minimum: 30 years Maximum: 45 years
- Full-time MBA or equivalent Post Graduate Degree in Marketing/Sales.
- At least 5- 7 years’ overall experience in sales and marketing. Must possess a mature outlook and collaborative approach to managing clients and stakeholders. Preference will be given to those with experience in operations of Industrial Parks, IT Parks and similar establishments.
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of international contacts.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills. i. Reading and interpreting Legislation / Statutes / Regulations under various Legislations. Well aware of basic formats of legal documentation or legal write-up.
- Speed in responding to queries.
- Good research skills.
- Adaptable and willing to learn and seek guidance to resolve business situations/circumstances.
- Excellent business communication skills
- English and Tamil language skills
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint ix. Social Media Tools / Campaign
- TPCL will shortlist suitable candidates based on their qualifications and experience. The shortlisted candidates will be asked to send their experience and qualification certificates. The recruitment will be based on the interview conducted for such shortlisted candidates, conducted in English/Tamil, in-person in Chennai/Coimbatore. Depending upon the situation, it may also be conducted through video calls, in online mode. TPCL will notify the time, date and format of the interview to the shortlisted candidates.
