Educational Qualification:
| 1. Director (Operations and Regulations) –
– 25+ years of Experience with B.E Aero / Auto / Mech Qualification – Should have knowledge on DGCA drone Regulations – Excellent knowledge in Aviation safety, RF equipment, and co-ordination with ATC. – Technical Management and Networking capability. – Outstanding organizational and time management skills – Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills – Great communication and presentation skills – Problem-solving mindest – Retired from DGCA is preferable. |
| 2. Drone Systems Engineer –
Qualification Required: – Ph.D. in Engineering with specialization on UAV systems or ME/M.Tech in Aero/Avionics/CSC/Embeded/VLSI with 8+ years of Research and Development experience in the field of UAV. – Should have knowledge on DGCA drone Regulations – Experience in BVLOS UAV/SWARM UAV operations. – International Research Experience in the field of UAV systems. – Must be a DGCA Certified Remote Pilot Instructor. – Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills – Great communication and presentation skills |
| 3. Drone MRO Team Lead –
– Minimum 6+ years of experience with B.E ECE/EEE. – Knowledge in Drone Troubleshooting and Maintenance – Knowledge in Basic UAV fabrications – Experience in UAV integration. – Should have knowledge on Rotary Wing, Fixed Wing and Hybrid UAV operations and Maintenance – Must be a DGCA Certified Small and Medium category Pilot License – Knowledge in Payload maintenance and Troubleshooting |
| 4. Drone Test pilot –
– B.E. Aero / Auto / Mech / Production with 4+ Year Experience as Drone Test Pilot. – Should have excellent knowledge in UAV system integration. – Should have knowledge in various UAV test procedures – Must be a DGCA Certified Small and Medium category Pilot License – Experience in Piloting Fixed Wing, rotary Wing and Hybrid Drones – Experience in deploying or Demonstrating Drones in real-time applications – Experience in UAV Troubleshooting, Repair and Maintenance |
