Education Qualification

  • Chief Digital Officer – Full time any Engineering Degree. (Preference will be given to Full time Computer Science / System Analysis/ AI / ML / Software Engineering)

    Experience: Minimum 15 years’ experience as on 01/07/2023 matching the Job description:-

    – Drive digital innovation and serve as a change agent throughout the organization

    – Develop a clear and compelling digital strategy for the company’s future and implement it by working with cross-functional partners

    – Be an evangelist, championing the use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital mindset from the top down

    – Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices among partners and colleagues to help establish a robust digital ecosystem

    – Measure ROI for digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure that we’re investing in the appropriate tools and resources

    – Ensure that digital initiatives are fully integrated with the strategicplanning process, including leadership commitment and resource allocation

    – Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models

    – Conceptualising and realizing of smart products & services in digital technologies for new revenue streams

    – Driving business process transformation, change management, vendor and stakeholder management

    – Should have managed IT / ICT function in a large manufacturing organisation for a period of 5 – 6 years

  • Deputy General Manager (R & D) – Full time Science Degree with First Class Full time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology with Ph.d in Chemistry / Ph.d in Pulp and Paper Technology.

    Experience : Minimum 26 years of post qualification experience as on 01/07/2023 in Research & Development, Process Control, Product Development and Quality Control functions in large integrated Pulp & Paper Mill (or) in a Research Institute / University in the areas related to Pulp & Paper Technology. Age and Experience may be relaxed upto 2 years in deserving cases.

  • Senior Manager (Environment) – First Class Full Time B.E/B.Tech in Environmental Engineering / Energy & Environmental Engineering. (or) Full Time Science Degree with First Class 2 years Full Time Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Sciences.

    Experience :

    Minimum 19 years of post qualification experience as on 01/07/2023 in reputed industrial organizations.

    Experience in a large sized process industry. Candidate should be well versed with statutory provisions under Water Act, Air Act, Environmental Protection Act, etc.

    Candidate will be required to liaison with TNPCB, District Administration for getting statutory approvals and other periodical report submission.

    Candidate will be required to interact with General public for Environmental development activities for which Tamil Language is required.
