Educational Qualification:

• Executive Director (Operations) – First class full time Graduate in Engineering degree from a recognized University / Institute. (or) Full time Science degree with First class full time post graduate diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology Minimum 32 years of post qualification experience in a large sized Engineering/Process/Manufacturing plant, as on 01/02/2023.
• General Manager (Finance) – Chartered Accountant (CA) (or) Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) Should have minimum 29 years of post qualification experience, as on 01/02/2023.

Age Limit: 

• Executive Director (Operations) – Maximum 57 years
• General Manager (Finance) – GT – 49 years to 55 years, BC/ BCM/ MBC/ DNC – 49 years to 57 years, SC/SCA/ST – 49 years to 57 years

Salary Details:

• Executive Director (Operations) – Rs.100000-3000-130000/-
• General Manager (Finance) – Rs.78800-2370-102500/-
