Age Limit

  1. Credit Analyst in Scale II – Not more than 35 years
  2. Chief Risk Officer – Preferably not more than 60 years

  4. Chief Manager – Credit –Not more than 45 years

Education Qualification

  •  Credit Analyst in Scale II –
  • Bachelor’s degree, with a background in finance, accounting or other related fields. Additional qualifications such as MBA(Finance) or practical designations such as the commercial Banking and Credit Analyst (CBCA) program will be given high preference
  • Candidate should have an experience of atleast two years in a Bank underwriting MSME proposals
  • Chief Risk Officer –
  •  Holder of Chartered Financial Analyst charter awarded by CFA Institute (or)
  • Designated as Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or equivalent abroad (or)
  • Designated as Cost and Management Accountant by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, or equivalent abroad
  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • Graduate Degree with Professional Certification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals (or)
  • Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute (or)
  • Two years’ experience as a Risk Management Head in a Bank
  • Experience Mandatory Experience: 
  •  Five years’ experience in Corporate Credit and Risk Management at the level of Assistant General Manager or above in one or more PSBs or having similar roles in one or more regulated lending entity (in the opinion of bank selection committee), with minimum experience of two years in Risk Management Department in a bank
  • Desirable Experience: 
  •  Good understanding of market risk and/or liquidity management and/or operational risk with exposure to analytics being an added desirable experience.
  • Chief Operating Officer –
  • Overall experience of at least 15 years in banking or finance services, out of which minimum 5 years shall be in the Planning / Business Development / Advances / Compliance functions.
    Skills: Good understanding of industry and strong communication skills, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict resolution skills, Negotiation skills, Leadership skills, Prioritization and time management, Empathy, Strategic planning and sensitivity to supervisors’ expectation
  • Chief Manager – Credit –
  • Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
  • CA/CFA/CMA/ICWA
  •  Minimum 5 years of work experience in MSME credit / Corporate Credit as an executive in Supervisory / Management role / Senior Manager / Assistant Vice President in Public / Private Sector scheduled commercial bank. Experience in handling High Value Credit, Appraisal / Assessment of credit proposals of MSME

Selection Process

  • The shortlisted candidates should appear for interview. They will be called for personal interview through Direct / Video Conferencing. The mode of interview, date and time will be communicated to the eligible candidates individually
