Educational Qualification:
- Executive Director, TIDEL Park Limited – Chartered Accountant Minimum 10 years of managerial / finance / operation experience in a real estate firm with presence across India.
- Managing Director, TICEL Bio Park Limited – Graduate in Engineering/ Technology in Biotechnology/ Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ or similar core engineering. Minimum 10 years in senior management positions in MNCs/ Indian corporates (experience in real estate and industrial infrastructure development firms will be preferred).
- Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Polymer Industries Park Ltd – Graduate in Engineering or Technology in Chemical / Plastic / Civil / Electrical / Mechanical/ or similar core engineering. Sector knowledge of polymers/ plastic and allied sectors will be preferred. Minimum 10 years of operation / management experience in a reputed Industrial Park / real estate sector/ industrial infrastructure development.
