- Full Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/ in relevant Discipline from recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India.

- Post qualification executive experience of 25 years in executive/officer cadre out of which atleast 10 years of Experience in Construction/Commissioning /Operation & Maintenance of large supercritical thermal power plants preferably having installed capacity of 600 MW and above/ Hydro power project of 100MW and above capacity/ Solar Power Project. The overall experience requirement of minimum 25 yrs. Of post qualification experience shall include a minimum of 1 year in equivalent grade/ scale (CDA/IDA)IDA: 1,20,000- 3%-2,80,000 or Equivalent Level (Private Sector)
