(1) A pass in SSLC or its equivalent qualification recognized by the Government; and
(2) A pass in the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting:
(i) Higher Grade in Tamil and English (or)
(ii) Higher Grade in Tamil and Lower Grade in English (or)
(iii) Higher Grade in English and Lower Grade in Tamil.
