• Multipurpose Health Worker (M) – Must possess two years of Multipurpose Health worker Course.
• Support Staff – 8th Sts Pass.

Age Limit:

• Medical Officer – Below 40 Years
• Multipurpose Health Worker (M) – Below 50 Years
• Support Staff – Below 50 Years

Salary Details:

• Medical Officer – Rs.60,000/-
• Multipurpose Health Worker (M) – Rs.14,000/-
• Support Staff – Rs.8,500/-
