- Selected candidates for Management Trainee will be undergoing training for one year and will be offered a lump sum stipend of Rs. 30,000/- per month.
- Trombay and Thal (i.e. Marketing Area Office) shall be entitled for a fixed allowance @ Rs 2500/- pm towards boarding, lodging and local travelling expense.
- After successful completion of one year training they will be absorbed in E1 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 40,000 – 140000.
