- Legal Officer in Grade ‘B’ – A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years
- Manager (Technical-Civil) – A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 35 years
- Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) – A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years
- Library Professional (Assistant Librarian) in Grade ‘A’ – A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years
Legal Officer in Grade ‘B’ – Bachelor’s Degree in Law from any University/College/Institution, recognized by UGC and the Bar Council of India with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years. At least two years experience.
Manager (Technical-Civil) – A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% marks At least 3 years experience.
Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) – Second Class Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation with English as a subject at the Bachelor’s degree level;
Library Professional (Assistant Librarian) in Grade ‘A’ – Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Commerce/Science and Master’s Degree in ‘Library Science’ or ‘Library and Information Science’ of a recognized University/ Institution with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years. Aggregate Grade Point or percentage of marks where awarded would mean aggregate over the entire duration of the course.
- SC / ST/ PwBD – Rs.100/- + 18% GST
- GEN / OBC / EWS – Rs. 600/- + 18% GST

- Legal Officer in Grade ‘B’ – Online and Offline Examinations and Interview
- Manager (Technical-Civil) – Online and Offline Examination (Paper-I and Paper-II examinations will be conducted on same day) and Interview
- Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) – Examination will have two Papers, Paper I – (Objective type) Online and Paper II – [(Computer/paper based) Written Examination] and Interview
- Library Professional (Assistant Librarian) in Grade ‘A’ – Selection will be through interview of 100 marks. A preliminary screening of the applications will be carried out for making, if necessary, a short-list of eligible candidates to be called for the interview.
