- Consolidated fixed monthly pay of INR 50,000/- for all trades except Mining Sirdar.
- Consolidated fixed monthly pay of INR 40,000/- for Mining Sirdar In addition, medical facilities for self, spouse & two children and HRA/company accommodation (subject to availability) shall be provided as per Company Rules. On official tour, the company will reimburse TA/DA, as applicable.

- Electrical Supervisor – Full time regular Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from an InStitute of repute with minimum 60% marks. Post Qualification Experience: 1 Years
- Vocational Training Instructor – Full time regular Diploma in Mining from an institute of repute with minimum 60% marks and Overman certificate of competency under CMR from DGMS for coal (under The Mines Act, 1952). Valid First Aid Certificate issued by !rig-Mutes recognized by DGMS. Post Qualification Experience: 1 Years
- Mine Survey – Full time regular Diploma in Mine Survey / Diploma in Mining Engineering / Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying from an Ingtitute of repute with minimum 60% marks with Survey Competency Certificate issued by DGMS. Post Qualification Experience: 1 Years
- Mining Sirdar – Inter/ 12th Class Certificate from an Ingtitute of repute with minimum 60% (For SC / ST / Land-ougtee – Minimum 50% Marks. Post Qualification Experience: 1 Years
