- Minimum second class or equivalent CGPA three-year General Nursing & Midwife course (GNM) (OR) B.Sc Nursing degree from a recognized university (Those with a B.Sc Nursing degree will get additional scores for the extra one-year of training)

- Experience in measuring anthropometry, blood pressure, and capillary blood glucose.
- Working experience in health facility/ field data collection.
- Knowledge of computer applications.
- Can read, write and speak Tamil, English
