Kalakshetra Foundation Recruitment 2023 – Tutor Posts

Tutor (Music) –

Essential:

a) Class X Pass

b) Diploma or Degree holder in Carnatic Music from a recognized institution c) Should be able to accompany dance performances and dance dramas of Kalakshetra

d) Should be able to read and write music notations e) Should be able to handle the practical and theory classes

Desirable

a) Knowledge of a South Indian Language

b) B-High artiste of AIR Preference will be given to Carnatic Vocal/ Mridangam Artist

Tutor (Bharatanatyam) –

a) Class X Pass

b) Diploma or Post diploma holder from a recognized institution of the particular field

c) Should be able to take part in Kalakshetra productions and to give a solo performance for about 2 hours

d) Able to sing and conduct dance programme by doing Nattuvangam

e) Should be able to handle the practical and theory classes in English

Desirable

a) Knowledge of any South Indian language and Hindi and ability to write music and dance notation
