Lab Technician –

Essential:  10+2 with three-year diploma in Medical Lab Technology/BSc MLT or  DMLT with one-year experience from a recognized institution Desirable: Two years’ work experience in community-based studies and laboratory techniques.  Proficiency in the local language (Tamil)

Project Assistant –

Essential: Graduation in science/ relevant subjects from a recognized university/ college with three years’ relevant work experience from a recognized institute or Master’s degree in relevant subjects

Desirable: Master in Public Health with experience in conducting community based studies, and experience in financial management in research projects. Proficiency in the local language (Tamil)

Field Investigator –

Essential: Graduation in science/ relevant subjects from a recognized university/ college with three years’ relevant work experience from a recognized institute. Or Master’s degree in relevant subjects

Desirable: Master’s degree with experience in the community-based data collection, data entry, counselling people, and conducting field awareness programs in coordination with local formal and information leaders. Proficiency in the local language (Tamil)
