- Graduation (in any discipline) Preference would be given to candidates who are Post Graduates / Chartered Accountants / IT Graduates
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank / PSU / Leading NBFC, FI/ Payment – Fintech Company with at least 3 years of Product Development / Operations experience in Cash Management or B2B / B2C payments.
- Knowledge in Sales / Relationship Management /Implementation.
- Knowledge of cash management products or B2B /B2C payments.
- Strong communication skills to work with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to identify customer needs and market trends and develop product roadmaps accordingly.
- Candidates with work experience in Cash Management /Payment Companies.
- for SC/ST/PWBD candidates – Rs. 175 /- (inclusive of GST) for all others
