Salary Details

  •  Consolidated pay Rs.2,50,000/(minimum) per month all inclusive; actual salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and expertise.

Education Qualification

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Doctorate with 8+ years or master’s degree with 12+ years of industrial experience in R&D in the area of RF/Microwave engineering.

    • Hands-on experience in designing, simulating and building high efficiency high power RF Power Amplifiers using HEMT devices, strong fundamentals of RF/Microwave, PCB design, DFMEA and RCA methods.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience in designing RF / Microwave circuits using HEMT devices,

    • Good theoretical and practical understanding of RF engineering fundamentals and test methodology

    • Hand on experience in using RF test equipment’s like VNA, Scopes etc

    • Experience in design tools related to RF and Microwave engineering.

    • Should have experience in solving Electrical, Thermal and EMC issues in product.

    • Proven track record to demonstrate the design robustness through structured root cause analysis, tolerance analysis, worst-case circuit analysis.

    • The ability to code control firmware will be an added advantage.

    • Experience in system architecture design & cross-functional integration

    • Demonstrated experience to complete product development life cycle (concept to EOL)

    • Experience in working with global customers and manufacturing companies will be a plus.

    • Work experience in global startup’s/MNCs

    • Product development experience in Agile will be a plus.
