- Administrative Officer –
- At least a Graduate with 10 years supervisory experience in financial and administrative matters in a Govt. office or autonomous organization.
ii) Method of Recruitment: By deputation, failing which by direct recruitment.
Desirable : - Preference will be given to the candidates holding postgraduate or higher degree in Social Science such as political science, International Relations especially those with published works in national/international journals on Gandhian Studies/philosophy and related areas.
- Librarian –
- i) Post Graduate or equivalent,
ii) Degree in Library Sciences from a recognized university/institution,
iii) Five years’ experience of working in libraries of Central Government/autonomous bodies/recognized institutions of repute.
iv) Method of Recruitment: - Direct recruitment including short term contact, failing which by deputation. The appointment in either case will be for a term of three years extendable at the discretion of Appointing Authority. (Probation: One year)
- Guide –
- i) Degree in Arts preferably with Indian History as one of the subjects,
ii) Intimate knowledge of Gandhian Philosophy,
iii) At least two years’ experience of working in a field organization/museum/art gallery.
Note: Candidates who do not possess the practical experience prescribed under
(iii) above but otherwise found suitable, will be placed in the Level 2 Rs.19900-63200 till completion of probation.
Desirable: - Knowledge of English, Hindi and one foreign language as German/French/Spanish/Korean
- Driver –
- i) Should have passed eight standards.
ii) Permanent license of motor driving.
iii) Three years’ experience in driving and ability to carry out minor repairs.
