Salary Details

  • Basic Pay Rs.50,925/- per month in the scale of Rs.50925 -2500(14) – 85925 -2710(4) -96765 and other admissible allowances like DA, HRA, CCA, etc. The total emoluments will be approximately Rs. 85,000/-p.m.

Age Limit

Education Qualification

  •  Assistant Manager (Scale I) – Hindi –
  • Post Graduation in Hindi with English as one of the subjects in Graduation OR Postgraduate in English with Hindi as one of the subjects in Graduation with minimum 60% marks in Degree examination for General & OBC candidates and minimum 55% marks for SC/ST candidates
    Desirable: 
  • Certification in Translation work or work experience in translation
  • Assistant Manager (Scale I) – General –
  • Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks for General & OBC candidates and minimum 55% for SC/ST candidates.
    Desirable: 
  • Post Graduation/MBA
  • Assistant Manager (Scale I) – Statistics –
  • Graduation in Statistics with minimum 60% marks for General & OBC candidates and minimum 55% for SC/ST candidates.

  • Assistant Manager (Scale I) – IT –

  • Essential Skills:
    1. Software Developers : Well versed in Programming languages like C++ or C# or.Net or Java or JavaScript or Python or SAP or ABAP on SAP HANA
    2. Network Administrator: Well versed with Deep packet tracing, network troubleshooting and Tools such as Nmap, putty, Linux, Cisco IOS commands.
    3. System Administrator: Well versed in Server Architecture/OS/DB, Data centre operations and System Management and OS commands for Linux, PowerShell, VB script, SQL Queries.
    4. Information Security officer: Ethical Hacking courses, IT Security threats and mechanisms, Hacking, Spoofing etc
    Desirable: 
  • Post Graduation/Experience in IT projects in respective fields
  • Assistant Manager (Scale I) – Actuary –
  • Graduate with Maths/ Statistics with minimum 60% marks for General & OBC candidates and minimum 55% marks for SC/ST candidates. Candidates should have passed minimum 7 papers of Institute of Actuaries Society of India or Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, London out of which CS2 is compulsory.
  • Assistant Manager (Scale I) – Insurance –
  • Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks for General & OBC candidates and minimum 55% for SC/ST candidates. Candidates should possess Post Graduate Degree/diploma in General Insurance/ Risk Management/ Life Insurance/ FIII/ FCII.
  • Assistant Manager (Scale I) – Medical (MBBS) –
  • MBBS degree with minimum 60% marks for General & OBC candidates and minimum 55% for SC/ST candidates
  • Assistant Manager (Scale I) – Hydrologist –
  • B. Sc in Hydrology with minimum 60% marks for General & OBC candidates and minimum 55% for SC/ST candidates.

  • Assistant Manager (Scale I) – Geophysicist –
  • B. Sc in Geo Physics or Applied Geo Physics with minimum 60% marks for General & OBC candidates and minimum 55% for SC/ST candidates.
