  5. 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities 

Education Qualification

  •  Discipline – Operation, Maintenance (Mech / Elect)
  • Operations 
  •  Degree in Mechanical /Electrical /Electronics/ Mining/ Metallurgical / Production Engg. from a recognized University/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE. Diploma Holders from a Recognized University/ an institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE, in the above discipline can also apply.
  •  Maintenance (Mech & Elect) –
  • Degree in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Electrical / Electronics Engg. from a Recognized University/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE. Diploma holders from a Recognized University/ an institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE, in the above discipline can also apply.
  • Experience:
  • Executive (E-0) – Post qualification experience of 1 year & above for Degree Holders and 3 years & above for Diploma Holders.
  • Jr. Manager (E-1) – Post qualification experience of 3 years & above for Degree Holders and 6 years & above for Diploma Holders.
  •  Asst. Manager (E-2) – Post qualification experience of 4 years & above for Degree Holders & 7 Years & above for Diploma Holders.
  •  Discipline – Materials Management / F&A / P&A
  • Materials Management 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with at least two years MBA/PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Materials Management/Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Marketing/ International Trade, from a Recognized University/Institution of Repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/ AICTE.
  •  Finance & Accounts –
  • 1.For Entry level of E-0/E-1 CA/ICMA/MBA(Finance) from a recognized university/ Institute of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/ AICTE.
    2.For other posts, i.e., E-2 Associate Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR of the Institute of Costs & Management Accountants of India (ICMA), OR MBA with Finance from an institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/ AICTE.
  • Personnel & Admin –
  • Graduate in any discipline with Two years MBA or PGDBA having specialization in Human Resources Management from a Recognized University/ Institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by AICTE/UGC or Post Graduate Degree in Labour and Social Welfare or two years Diploma in Personnel Management, MA in Sociology from a Recognized University/ Institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode, approved by UGC/AICTE. Degree in Law from a recognized university/ institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/ AICTE, will be an added advantage.
  • Experience:
  •  Executive (E-0) – Post qualification experience of 1 yr & above.
  • Jr. Manager (E-1) – Post qualification experience of 3 yrs & above.
  • Asst. Manager (E-2) – Post qualification experience of 4 years & above.
