- General Manager (Elevated Construction) / Additional General Manager (Elevated Construction) –
- Must be a B.E / B. Tech (Civil) graduate from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. M.E / M. Tech Graduate (Civil / Structural Engineering) is preferable. The candidate should possess minimum years of post qualification experience (17 yrs for AGM & 20 yrs for GM) in execution of large Infrastructure projects like Major Bridge Constructions with Highways / Railways and Metro Rail Project. Should be familiar with contract management related to large infrastructure projects. Should have knowledge & skill in management of FIDIC conditions of contract / International civil construction contracts. Exposure in Quality Control & Assurance system in civil construction, Safety Implementation, Program Monitoring, IS / International Codes for construction of civil Elevated structures will be an added advantage.
- General Manager (Underground Construction) / Additional General Manager (Underground Construction) –
- Must be a B. E / B. Tech (Civil) graduate from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. M.E / M. Tech Graduate (Civil / Structural Engineering) is preferable. The candidate should possess a minimum of years of post-qualification experience (17 yrs for AGM & 20 yrs for GM) in execution of large Infrastructure projects like Under Ground Tunnel having experience as mentioned below.
i. Out of the total years of experience, 5-8 years experience exclusively in Under Ground metro construction either in Tunnel (TBM) or UG station works is essential.
ii. Should have experience in diaphragm wall construction work/ deep excavation work / mass concrete for base slab and roof slab work and heavy structural work for station construction.
iii. Should be familiar with Contract Management / FIDIC contracts and International civil construction contracts.
iv. Should have good exposure in QA / QC systems and Safety monitoring systems.
v. Should have good coordination skill to liase with other stakeholders.
vi. Ensure timely achievement of project targets, strategic inputs and decisions for speedy resolution of issues.
vii. Monitor General Consultant & Contractor’s performance.
viii. Should maintain and ensure good coordination with Government agencies for facilitation of approvals.
ix. Appraise inter-departmental coordination issues to management. - Deputy General Manager (Architect) –
- Must be a B. Arch graduate from a Govt. recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE / UGC. The incumbent should have minimum 13 years of post qualification experience in Architecture design for a large infrastructure project preferably in Metro Rail Projects/Railway. The incumbent should also be familiar with design aspects of life safety and fire safety requirement in design implementations and material selection. Knowledge in NBC & NFPA 130 & 101 is essential. Experience shall be in design / construction of various elements of Architectural finishes for room layout and station signages are essential. Exposure in use of the design software like CADD, Revit is Mandatory and Photoshop, 3D Max, Equivalent software etc is preferrable.
- Deputy General Manager (Design) –
- Must be a B. E / B. Tech (Civil) graduate from a recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. Possession of M. E / M. Tech degree (Civil / Structural Engineering) is preferable. The candidate should have minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in planning and design of Viaducts, Bridges and Multi-storied Buildings. Out of 13 years of experience, minimum 08 years experience in Metro Railway projects with Design of Viaduct, Elevated Stations, Tunnels & Under Ground Stations is essential. Hands on knowledge of various computer applications, relating to the job and well versed with various design software’s would be preferred. The candidates should be familiar with the Standard Indian & Euro Codes and Practices followed in India for Buildings, Bridges, Tunnels and UG stations.
- Manager (Architect) –
- Must be a B.Arch. graduate from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE /UGC. The incumbent should have a minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in Architecture design for a large infrastructure project preferably in Metro Rail Projects/Railway. The incumbent should also be familiar with design aspects of life safety and fire safety requirement in design implementations and material selection. Knowledge in NBC & NFPA 130 & 101 is essential. Experience shall be in design / construction of various elements of Architectural finishes for room layout and station signages are essential.
