Education Qualification
- Deputy General Manager (Electrical & Mechanical) –
- Must be a B.E / B. Tech (ECE/EEE/Mech) graduate from a recognized Institute / University, approved by AICTE / UGC.
- For DGM post – Should be in JAG grade in Group (A) with minimum 06 years or Group B with minimum 10 years of experience.
- The incumbent should have experience in the field of MEP / E&M: HT / LT Electrical Power Supply Systems, UPS Systems, Earthing Systems, Lightning Arrestor, Fire deduction, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection System, Plumbing Systems, BMS / SCADA Systems of their BIM / Design review, development, interface management, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning in Railway projects / Metro Rail projects or any large infrastructure projects.
- Manager (Electrical & Mechanical) –
- Must be a B. E / B. Tech (EEE/ECE/Mech) graduate from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. The incumbent should possess minimum 7 years of post qualification experience for Manger level, 04 years of post-qualification experience for Deputy Manager level and 02 years of post-qualification experience for Assistant Manager level in the field of MEP / E&M: HT / LT Electrical Power Supply Systems, UPS Systems, Earthing Systems, Lightning Arrestor, Fire deduction, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection System, Plumbing Systems, BMS / SCADA Systems of their BIM / Design review, development, interface management, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning in Railway projects / Metro Rail projects or any large infrastructure projects
- Manager (Environment) –
- Must be a Full Time – M.E / M. Tech (Environmental Engineering) Postgraduate from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. The incumbent should possess a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in the following field:-
- Out of 07 years experience, minimum 5 years of experience in handling the Bilateral and Multilateral Development Bank – Metro Rail projects of (Category A – ESS Projects) involved in environmental management, environmental safeguard, climate change adaptation, and mitigation are essential.
- Preparing the Environmental Safeguard documents for metro rail projects and be capable of interacting with Bilateral and Multilateral institutions on a regular basis.
- Familiarity with the bilateral and multilateral institution’s Environmental and Social Safeguard policies and procedures
- Experience in the metro rail projects requiring Environment clearance, Forest Clearance, CRZ Clearance, etc.
- Review and monitoring the implementation of environmental management aspects like Air Quality, Water Quality, Landscape & Tree cutting / transplantation, Noise, Vibration and Waste Management.
- Experience in full compliance with the bilateral and multilateral institution’s environmental safeguards policy requirements and ensure timely disclosure of environmental safeguards documents.
- Monitoring the GC (General Consultant) and Contractor Environment team performance in metro rail projects.
- The incumbent should possess knowledge of the legal requirements and ensure the submission of monitoring reports to TNPCB/CPCB & MoEF & CC and experience in Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001:2015) and GHG/CO2 Emission reduction mechanisms.

i. Experience in conducting the field work & coordinating the activities with the existing team.
- eview and monitoring the implementation of environmental management aspects like Air Quality, Water Quality, Landscape & Tree cutting / transplantation, Noise, Vibration and Waste Management.
- Experience in addressing the MDB’s E&S Safeguard requirements, obtaining Environment clearance, Forest Clearance, CRZ Clearance, etc.
- The incumbent should also have experience in Environmental Management Systems and preparation of documents for ISO 14001: 2015.
