  • Junior Executive (Quality Assurance) – Rs. 30,000 – ₹1,20,000

Age Limit

  1.  Junior Executive (Engineering) – 29 years
  2. Associate Executive (Engineering) – 29 years
  3.  Junior Executive (Accounts) – 35 years Min. Age- 30 years
  4.  Junior Executive (Quality Assurance) – 29 years
  5.  Associate Executive (Human Resources) – 30 years
  6. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST
  7.  3 years for OBC,
  8. 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities 

Education Qualification

  •  Junior Executive (Engineering) –
  • Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering (3-year course) in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics/ Civil/ Chemical Engineering from a recognized University with minimum 60% aggregate percentage (or equivalent CGPA & above), relaxed to 55% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates
  •  Associate Executive (Engineering) –
  •  Candidate must have passed B. Tech / B.E./ B. Sc (Engg) (4-year course) in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics/ Civil/ Chemical Engineering from a recognized University with minimum 60% aggregate percentage (or equivalent CGPA & above), relaxed to 55% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
  •  Junior Executive (Accounts) –
  • Graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% aggregate marks (relaxed to 50% for candidates belonging to SC/ST and PwBD categories) AND have passed the CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate from CA/ CMA institute respectively. Please note: Candidates having passed final examination from CA/ CMA institute are NOT eligible to apply.
  • Junior Executive (Quality Assurance) –
  • B. Sc (Chemistry) (3- year course), with specialization in Organic / Physical / Inorganic / Analytical chemistry, from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% aggregate percentage (or equivalent CGPA & above), relaxed to 55% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories. OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering (3-year course) from a recognized University with minimum 60% aggregate percentage (or equivalent CGPA & above), relaxed to 55% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
  • Associate Executive (Human Resources) –
  •  Essential Educational Qualifications / Certifications MBA (HR) /MA (PM&IR) / Post-Graduate Diploma in HR / PM&IR / MMS (HR/ Personnel)/ Masters in Labour Studies (2-year courses) with minimum 65% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 60% for SC/ ST / PWD categories

Selection Process

  • 1. The multi-stage selection process may comprise of various shortlisting tools like Application Screening (on basis of number of years of relevant work-experience, educational qualification, etc.), Written/Computer Based Test, Case Based Discussion, Group Task, Personal Interview etc. The selection process adopted will depend on the number of applications received for a particular profile.

  • 2. The provisional selection of the candidate will be based on multiple parameters, such as, Relevant work- experience, Significant on-the-job achievements, Performance in various selection processes.

  • 3. Please note that application for this profile and/or participation in any stage of recruitment i.e., Written /Computer Based Test / Case Based Discussion / Personal Interviews / any other tests / Pre-Employment medical examination etc., does not confer any right to an individual for employment with BPCL.
