- Bachelor’s Degree (B.E, B.Tech) in Geoinformatics/ Geomatics/ Remote Sensing/ Disaster management/ Oceanography or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with not less than 60% marks. or
Master’s degree (M.E., M.Tech., M.Sc.,) in Geoinformatics/ Geomatics/ Remote Sensing/ Remote Sensing and Geo-Information Technology/ Geology/ Applied Geology/ Disaster Management/ Marine Sciences/ Environmental Sciences or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with not less than 60% marks.
