Educational Qualification:  

• Program Officer – Community Mobilization – Full-time Post Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in social policy/work, rural development, development studies, public policy, public administration, Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences, Post Graduate Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation or any other relevant discipline from a reputed university preferred. 3-5 years of experience.
• Program Officer – Information, Education and Communication(IEC) – Full time postgraduate/ undergraduate qualification in social research/economics/ rural management/ development studies/ public policy/ public administration or any other relevant discipline from a reputed university preferred. 3-5 years’ experience.
• Program Officer Partnership Development – Full time post graduate/under graduate qualification in social work/ research/economics/ rural management/ development studies/ public policy/ public administration or any other relevant discipline from a reputed university preferred. 3-5 years’ experience.
• Program Officer – Accessibility – UG/PG in Social sciences or relevant disciplines such architecture, civil, urban design, urban studies. Certificate or diploma related to fields of accessibility and universal design is an asset or any other equivalent qualification from a reputed university preferred. Candidates with certifications relevant to accessibility and universal design (such as Certified Professional in Accessibility core Competencies and other such relevant certifications will be preferred, but not mandatory. 3 to 5 years’ experience.
• Data Analyst – Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any relatedfield are preferred. Applicants with Non computer science Bachelor degree can also apply. Must have 2+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst in management of Mid to Large scale commercial IT systems in any sector.
• Senior Accountant – Full time bachelor’s degree in accounting/ financial management/ public finance or any other relevant discipline from a reputed university preferred 5 years’ experience in public finance accounting and auditing, preferably with National/State Government and/or development/donor organizations. Experience of managing accounts of projects with the Government of Tamil Nadu would be desirable. Knowledge of public sector financial and accounting systems and procedures.
• District Program Officer – Community Services – Full-time UG/PG degree in social work, rural development, development studies, public policy, public administration, post Graduate Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation or any other relevant discipline from a reputed university preferred. 3-5 years post qualification experience.
• District Program Officer – Partnership Development and  Convergence  Full time undergraduate qualification in social work/economics/ rural management/ development studies/ public policy/ public administration or any other relevant discipline from a reputed university preferred. 3-5 years’ experience.
• District Program Officer – Training – Full-time UG/PG in social policy/work, rural development, development studies, public policy, public administration or any other relevant discipline from a reputed university preferred. 3-5 years of experience.
• Accountant (Earmarked for persons with disabilities. Other categories will be considered  only when there is no eligible  Differently Abled candidate in the  rank list) – Full time bachelor’s degree in accounting/ financial management/ public finance or any other relevant discipline(accounts) from a recognized university preferred 2-3 years of accounting/finance experience.
